How we’re starting to prepare for the move to low-carbon heating

From 2025, gas boilers will be replaced by low-carbon heating systems in all new homes built in an ongoing effort to tackle the climate emergency. Homes are thought to release about 14% of the UK’s greenhouse gases (mainly from gas boilers) and emissions are currently on the rise.
